Join us for a FREE beginner friendly Nordic walking taster session. Rejuvenate in the fresh air at the end of the day and learn a new skill at the same time. Please wear closed toed shoes suitable for walking on grass. Walking poles provided. Limited places and pre-booking is essential. Beginners courses start October in Belper (Thursdays, Monday mornings and occasional other days). Please email or text if you would like to book a place.
